Casey Tonnelly (Their/They/Them)
Casey has provided dynamic and energizing trainings, presentations, and speeches for over 20 years. Casey
served as a Strategic Advisor for the City of Seattle for over twelve years in the Seattle Police Department’s
Office for Emergency Management, Seattle Office for Civil Rights, and Workforce Equity program. Their
professional experience includes training and curriculum development, antiracist public policy creation,
developing equitable programs, expansive and complex facilitation focused on strategic planning, and
providing over 15,000 trainings and presentations on topics such as anti-profiling for law enforcement,
emergency preparedness, conflict resolution, inclusive community engagement, leading with a racial equity
lens, team building, mediation, creative facilitation, Liberating Structures, and communication. They became a
certified coach through iPEC in 2019 and an ACC certified coach with the International Coaching Federation
(ICF) in 2020. Their professional coaching experience includes executive coaching, leadership development
coaching, Anti-Racism coaching, group coaching, visioning, and strategic facilitation..
